Faith and Fitness Outdoor Session
Background: When the weather gets nice, we try to hit the trails for a little exercise and some good fellowship. We go for a 30 – 40 minutes of exercise and then do an optional short devotional afterwards. Any kind of exercise that is allowed on the trails/parks is welcome – walk, jog, run, bicycle, scooter, etc. Please invite others / bring a friend. We try to choose locations that are fairly level and not too difficult so that folks of all fitness levels are welcome to join us. You are welcome to move faster or slower or add some hand /ankle weights if you need more intensity.
Important Details:
● Starting Monday, April 14th
● Every Monday at 6:30 PM (Holidays may be cancelled if most of the group will not make it.)
● There is no cost.
Some items you might like to bring:
- Water / snack ,Towel, Sunblock, Bug spray, Folding lawn chair for devotional if you need one – some locations have benches or places to perch
- Journal or notebook if you want to capture notes or scripture references.
- All of the locations have at least a portable toilet facility (except Apple Hill). Use at your own risk…

May 5 – Greenway Trail, May 12 – Nixon Park, May 19 – Seven Valleys Trailhead, May 26 – Memorial Day Holiday – No scheduled walk
